Description
Jake earned his diploma in Fitness and health Promotion from Humber College and became a rehab focused personal trainer for quite some time focusing on working with wrestlers, strength-based athletes, and individuals with physical disabilities. Jake attended Humber College’s Massage therapy program where he graduated in 2020 through the heart of the pandemic and is now a registered RMT with the CMTO. He has also completed additional training in IASTM, cupping, and attended numerous movement pattern-based courses.
