Description
Jayme graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2017, since then she has practiced in both Alberta and Ontario. She has worked in various health care settings and continues to help her clients with their individual needs. She will always individualize each treatment to ensure her clients are getting what they need out of their session. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and sports injuries. She also integrates cupping to enhance her client’s treatments. Jayme is a certified personal trainer aswell so can give remedial exercises also
