I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999 and have added a modern twist to therapeutic massages with Infrared Light Therapy to further promote wellness. Light therapy is clinically proven to increase circulation, reduce inflammation and pain thus improving the quality of life for people with conditions such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other inflammatory conditions.
