As a registered massage therapist (RMT), I can help you in your journey to restore your mobility, function, and sense of well-being and to hopefully prevent future injury. When working with my patients, I strive to provide a holistic care that includes communication, assessment, manual therapy, education, and therapeutic exercises. My treatment techniques may include relaxation and deep tissue massage, myofascial and trigger point release, joint mobilization, and more. I view massage therapy as a step to help you get back to enjoying your everyday life and welcome your questions and visit.
