Shirley has over 20 years of experience as a registered massage therapist working with a variety of clients ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors to people struggling with daily stressors at work and home. Shirley is a full-body certified provider of Active Release Techniques, A.R.T. Biomechanics, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. She is continually taking courses that enhance her practice and allow her to provide a more comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that would enable her clients to get back to their active and busy lifestyles.
