Description

Luisa has been in the fitness/ health industry since 2016 where she started as a Personal Trainer with a focus on movement and regaining range of motion. In 2018 she decided to upgrade her skills and knowledge by becoming a Fascia Stretching Therapist to help clients who had mobility issues as well as any physical imbalances. Although these two modalities gave her the skills to help her clients regain mobility, she saw the need to bridge Personal Training/ FST to Manual therapy.

Summary

After receiving my Hons. BSc from the University of Toronto in 2014, I wanted to pursue a more hands-on approach to helping people. Fast forward four years, and I am still passionate about growing and learning within the health industry. My approach to therapy is to treat the body as a whole; physical and mental health go hand in hand. I am constantly evolving as a therapist and adding new techniques and skills to my practice.
