We at Sybingco Therapy Co pride ourselves on giving our clients an individual experience. From youth athletes to geriatrics, we know that there is no one-size-fits all for every person -- when you come in for an appointment you can rest assured that we will always do a thorough job of assessing your needs for that day, and using the right tools to bring you relief. Plus, we are located within a personal training facility and we have a gym dog (corgi!) - so we can help you with any and all of your musculoskeletal complaints.

Summary
After receiving my Hons. BSc from the University of Toronto in 2014, I wanted to pursue a more hands-on approach to helping people. Fast forward four years, and I am still passionate about growing and learning within the health industry. My approach to therapy is to treat the body as a whole; physical and mental health go hand in hand. I am constantly evolving as a therapist and adding new techniques and skills to my practice.
