Description

For your first visit, you will complete a detailed assessment with one of our physiotherapists that will include strength and range of motion testing as well as posture, gait and balance analysis. Our goal is to get you back in tip-top shape for work, sports and everything in between. We create a custom recovery program that utilizes a variety of techniques that are designed to decrease pain, increase joint mobility and strength, restore normal function, optimize recovery and prevent future injury.
