I'm experienced in providing a variety of massage techniques ranging from stress reduction massage, deep tissue massage, posture correct, sport related injuries, I'm experienced in deep tissue massage and trigger point release. My goal is to support individuals in achieving balance through personal wellness and strongly believes that massage is a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.
