Description
My passion to help people overcoming their soft tissue & joint issues has prompted my career in massage therapy. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself. Therefore, I utilize my expertise to assess and assist in this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, I have a collaborative zen approach with my clients in reaching their specific healing goals. Using various massage techniques, I also like incorporating hydrotherapy and remedial exercises as part of my treatment plan.
