Description

I’ve dedicated my life to gaining skills and learning concepts to help people get back to how they want to feel without conforming to endless therapy.
I’m passionate about teaching you the tools to take better care of yourself and I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible teachers, healers and clinicians such as Thomas Myers, Robert Schleip and Gary Gray. They have taught me how to approach the body using manual and movement therapy. It allows me to work with you as a whole to resolve some very complex issues.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my passion with you.

Summary

My Massage Therapy practice has been in the Davisville area for 18 years and I offer Manual and Movement Therapy, Structural Integration and TMJ sessions.
*My approach is different from most therapists you may have seen and nothing like a regular massage.
-Wear shorts and tank top through the entire session
-Postural and biomechanics assessment
-Treatment includes on and off table techniques including manual and movement therapy
-Focused on addressing the cause of your pain as opposed to just working where it hurts
-Understandable education so you can take action to help your situation
