Description
Gemma graduated from Mohawk College in Ontario in 2019 with a diploma in Therapeutic Massage Therapy. She has passed her board exams in Ontario and transferred her license to BC, where Lake Country is home. Gemma's primary treatment focus is headaches/migraines, stress + sleep management and back, neck and shoulder tension. Gemma utilizes relaxation techniques to be effective, including hot + cold stones (her favourite modality), and she likes using deeper techniques where appropriate to treat knots as well as fascial techniques and stretching to help you achieve your treatment goals.
