Stefan is trained in many different modalities including Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, joint mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, Dynamic Cupping, as well as prenatal and therapeutic massage. 

He believes each treatment should be as individual as the client. His goal is to be effective with minimal discomfort. Stefan is a calm, attentive, professional therapist whose aim is to have his clients feeling pain free, relaxed and rejuvenated.

This is a home based massage therapy clinic.
At Stefan's Massage Therapy, all of our massages are customized specifically for you to accommodate how you’re feeling at the time of the massage. Our therapists will talk with you directly to assess what you would like to address during the treatment – 

to simply relax, to refresh sore muscles, to work on an injury.
