Lauryn graduated from the 2200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She incorporates active inhibition techniques, therapeutic massage, myofascial work, fascial therapy and much more. Lauryn grew up living an active lifestyle and found massage therapy to be the most beneficial treatment for her muscle recovery. This sparked her interest in learning more about anatomy and physiology. She is looking forward to helping others in the same way massage therapy has helped her!
