Description
My practice has evolved from a lifelong interest in understanding the human body, learning how to release it from pain and dysfunction, and helping clients to achieve a practice of regular self care & maintenance. My focus is in finding the root of the dysfunction. My work involves postural education, stress reduction, increasing mobility, body awareness & strengthening. I treat the whole family including children, adults and seniors; addressing the individuals pain tolerance, nervous system & state of health.
