Description
Adam was born and raised in Cranbrook B.C.. He completed his BSc. In Kinesiology at UBCO before enrolling in Massage Therapy schooling in Vernon. He grew up as competitive athlete his whole life with a focus on archery where he competed at the international level. His interest sports drew him into the therapy world and gave him a passion for rehab and sports performance. Adam's practice includes myofascial release, deep tissue, and sports massage. He has also completed IASTM training and kinesotaping certifications.
