Crystal became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016. It was her passion to help people along the healing path. Sadly, many of us suffer from some type of pain and she wanted to help sufferers to the best of her ability. She was always looking for ways to heal the body and has been interested and have studied nutrition for many years.Her practice then evolved when she was discovered by how beautifully the human body was created to heal. She believes that we are created to move and progress in every area of our being- mind, body and spirit.
