I am a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness. I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2024 and offered a range of therapeutic techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking and hitting the gym. If you have any questions about workout routines or need advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I am happy to help.
