Description
Jean-Luc entered the field of massage therapy in 2007 when he graduated from the Spa Therapy program at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage. It wasn’t long before his passion for massage and holistic wellness led him to complete his training as a Registered Massage Therapist. He is also trained in pregnancy massage, Shiatsu, and Cranial-Sacral therapy. His treatments draw on a variety of Swedish and deep-tissue techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy and trigger-point therapy.

JL is a magician and the hour flies by with his deep tissue massages that send me off to Lala land! It is definitely worth the time once or twice a month if you can get an appointment. He is 15 out of 10!!!

Checked my seated and standing posture for areas of improvement. Recommended basic core-strengthening work suited to my fitness level. Great at showing me how to fully participate and benefit from massage through remaining present through breath and commenting on pain/intensity. Fantastic!
