Fiona is an award-winning Reflexologist and Registered Massage Therapist through Reader’s Choice Awards from Markham Economist 2009-2020. Her specialties are Active Release Technique, Modern cupping therapy, reflexology, and kinesiology taping. Her plan is to incorporate her training in Ensofic Reiki, Breath Work, and meditations into her massage therapy practice. Fiona is recently trained in Hypnosis, including past life regression, and is beginning to incorporate this into her treatment protocols as a modality for deeper healing.
