Jessica has been practicing massage therapy since 2008, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics, alongside health care professionals of all kinds, as well as some seasonal work in a remote heli-ski lodge. Her goal has always been to facilitate the body back to a harmonious state and help people live their best lives. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2014, which further enhanced her understanding of healing movement and body awareness.
