Lisa Kessig, Owner and RMT offers therapeutic massage therapy incorporating general Swedish massage with connective tissue techniques. She works with a diverse group of clients. Therapeuetic massage manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscles, ligaments and tendons — to relieve pain, help rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, and reduce stress which worsens pain. Your assessment and treatment, may include Swedish Massage, Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Facilitated and or Assisted Stretching, MLD and homecare.
