Krista is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan. Her style blends intentional Swedish techniques with slow, purposeful myofascial release and grounding breathwork. She also provides scar tissue release treatments for post-surgery (e.g., mastectomy, top surgery, C-section) and trauma-related scarring.
