Kathryn graduated from Sutherland-Chan. Her technique is based upon the notion that calming the nervous system plays a vital role in physical, mental and emotional well-being. Kathryn is exploring how soft, beautiful atmospheric music and sound can help facilitate the release of stress during your treatment.
