Alex is a Toronto-based Registered Massage Therapist. He graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. In his training, Alex gained valuable experience in treating conditions such as temporomandibular joint dysfunction and carpal tunnel syndrome. He also became skilled in massage techniques including trigger point therapy, fascial release, proprioceptive facilitated stretch, lymphatic drainage and more. Alex always strives to help others; he was previously a child and youth care worker and carries the same passion into his new career.
