With 20 years of active practice & good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, clients can choose from a wide variety of treatment options to address their needs. Hot Stone Massage Therapy, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial & active release therapy, lymphatic drainage are some of the treatment solutions available. All treatments will be adapted to the needs of the client. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your mobility goals.
