Sharon Day joined Oriental Health’s team in 2010. She is a registered member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMQ). Sharon is highly experienced and masters a wide range of manual therapy and relaxation techniques. She specializes in: • Swedish Massage • Acupressure • Trigger Points Massage • Deep Tissue Massage • Fasciatherapy • Foot Reflexology • Chair Massage She studied at the Oriental Acupressure Massage School and at the Kiné-Concept Institute in Montreal and is a graduate of the Institute of Chinese Medicine of Montreal.
