Description
Kasia is passionate about helping others and is equipped with extensive knowledge of the human body. She primarily focuses on the Swedish technique of therapeutics as the foundation in all of her treatments, while incorporating specific work in order to cater to each individual’s needs. She also utilizes myofascial release (MFR), trigger point release, active and passive stretching, and active and passive release. She has a keen interest in women’s health, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions which keep her proactively updated in the evolving field of massage therapy.
