RMT Sarah is a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist. Her goal is to understand and meet the needs of each individual client using information provided in the initial interview as well as ongoing feedback to ensure client comfort and satisfaction/progress. In her 10 years+ of practicing she has worked with muscle strains, sprains, acute and chronic pain, tendonitis, muscle imbalances, motor vehicle accident claims, whiplash, WCB accidents, sports injuries, pregnancy, TMD (Jaw disorders) as well as many others. She is specially trained in myofascial and deep tissue work.

Sarah takes her time to work out tight muscles rather than other massage therapists running their hands over your back and really not doing anything. Sarah, literally, stops what she is doing when she finds a problem and works it out.
