I have been a Massage Therapist for the past 2 years. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in May of 2021 and have been a member of MTANS (Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia) since April of 2022. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization, and integrate General Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Massage into all of my treatments.
