Rebecca believes that Swedish massage techniques used in treatment can ease sore muscles, decrease tension and increase a sense of well-being, which can make a difference in how you feel and conduct your activities of daily living. Taking the time for your own self-care is valuable, and Rebecca understands that this is the time that you carved out for yourself. Through a variety of manual therapy techniques such as myofascial work, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations, she can help you feel your best possible self whether to heal from a recent injury or as part of your own self-care.
