Description
Vanessa has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years. She began her journey as Holistic Therapist in 2001 learning a variety of healing modalities for the mind, body and spirit. She then went on to become an RMT in 2012. She works intuitively on the body and her skillset ranges from traditional Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Cranial sacral therapy, Reflexology and Acupuncture. She is also a certified yoga teacher. Vanessa is passionate about educating others on self-care to aid in healing between treatments as well as creating a safe space for healing.
