Lisa’s unique and effective treatment style shows her passion for helping clients achieve their holistic wellbeing through many avenues of massage: therapeutic, rehabilitation, sports, prenatal and general preventative-maintenance.
As well as making sure her clients are well informed of their treatment plans; Lisa generally uses a combination of Swedish massage with myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue and trigger point therapy with different pressures to release muscle tissue and improve range of motion.
