Description
Osei has always been into physical activities and education. He noticed the positive benefits and impact that it has had on my life both physically and mentally. After graduating from Fitness and Health Promotions at Humber College, he began my journey into learning about the tissues and joints within the human body. Attending the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College helped build his passion in therapeutic care. He uses a variety of modalities that include trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and remedial exercises.
