John is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 11 years of experience, offering treatments tailored to each client's unique needs. 

He incorporates a range of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and stretches where necessary. He has extensive experience treating chronic orthopedic conditions and focuses on addressing issues such as postural imbalances, overuse injuries, and lower back pain.
