Ella is passionate about helping her clients to experience ease, joy, and freedom in their bodies, by working together to identify what might be contributing to their pain or disfunction, and how to adapt their daily lives to work towards lasting relief and improved function. Ella works with clients to create treatment plans that take into account treating their physical wellbeing, as well as considering the demands of their lives and available resources so that treatment can be as practical and effective as possible.
