Description
Jagpinder Grewal is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College with honours. She has worked with a wide range of patients from athletes, pregnancy, infants, geriatric, and palliative care. She believes in patient centered care and developing a treatment plan that best suits the patient and their individual goals. She is well knowledge in conditions such as disc herniation, trigger points, resting muscle tension, chronic back pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions; and uses a variety of techniques: myofascial release, trigger point therapy & joint mobilizations.
