Description

Kathryn is a graduate of Humber College and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists Ontario.  Kathryn utilizes assessments such as range of motion testing, and special orthopaedic testing to investigate the root cause of pain, and creates specific treatment plans for every patient.  Kathryn uses Swedish massage techniques, muscle stripping, trigger point therapy,  myofascial release, and joint mobilization’s to relieve muscle tension and pain, while increasing range of motion. Kathryn also provides remedial exercises to assist in correcting postural misalignment.

Summary

We believe that therapy is more than the physical touch. It's about self-care, freedom from pain and once in a while being selfish to yourself. RMT Movement plans to reinvent therapy by providing professional and high-quality treatments which are affordable as well as effective. We focus on making sure we get to the root of the problem through our thorough assessments.
