Sarah is an RMT who enjoys helping others and working with each individual to obtain an optimum state of health. She offers a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose is to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain. She loves to see the relief massage therapy provides from of an array of discomforts stemming from stress, chronic pain and muscular overuse.
