In-person visit
First visit, upon referral from previous therapist at River Stone I had seen, Aline attentive to my history and current situation, provided very detailed options for this session including projected outcomes. The osteopathy portion provided improved range of motion with so much less discomfort, while the massage to finish helped the hip/legs muscle groups feet noticeably better. My sleep was much better than usual given little to no pain points through the muscles that have been present in the past number of weeks.
