Helena is a licensed, Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario with over 20 years of experience. She uses a variety of treatment techniques including swedish massage, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise to treat various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. Helena has also completed additional training in massage cupping, reflexology, hot stone therapy, pediatric Cranio-Sacral therapy, nerve mobilization, remedial exercise for the treatment of postural dysfunction.
