With 25 years of experience, I pride myself with helping clients regain and retain function in work, play, and rest. My massages are both therapeutic and relaxing by combining deep tissue and specific massage techniques along with relaxing techniques to target pain and injury and help return the client to optimal health. I have extensive experience working with back and neck pain, sciatica, work-related tension, headaches, repetitive strain, chronic stress and a variety of other conditions and maladies. I use Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations.
