Sarah is a board certified RMT and graduate from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hr program in Alberta. Influenced by a diverse athletic background, her treatment style focuses on movement optimization using techniques that include fascial stretching, deep tissue, cupping and more, individualized to each client’s specific mobility needs and goals.
