Janaya graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies program in Winnipeg Manitoba. Janaya grew up playing competitive ringette, rugby, basketball and volleyball which led to her passion in massage therapy. Her treatment style uses myofascial release techniques and deep tissue work while incorporating strengthening exercises to enhance overall performance.
