I graduated from the 3000 hour course from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2014. My treatments work with the body as a self healing instrument to help facilitate the release of restriction and tension in the body, as well as removing energetic and emotional blockages that can stem from trauma. During a treatment I use a range of modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Muscle energy, Joint mobilisations, Yoga Therapy, Pelvic stabilisation, Scar tissue release, Manual lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular release and hydrotherapy.
