Description

Growing up, I was fascinated with what humans are physically capable of and how the body can adapt to different requirements. I studied kinesiology in university and continued on to become an RMT which included doing clinical placements in sports, palliative, seniors, pregnancy, and stroke recovery settings.

I enjoy working with patients to uncover the factors in their discomfort and use a range of assessment and massage techniques to care for every person. I do not rely solely on deep pressure. I incorporate movement into my treatments and self care recommendations whenever I can.
