Tavian is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Physical and Health Education from the University of Winnipeg. A former competitive football player, he brings firsthand insight into athletic recovery and injury rehab. He offers both relaxation and deep tissue treatments, using trigger point release and stretching techniques to support stress relief and recovery. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him at the gym, local coffee spots, or paddle boarding on the lake.
