As a past nurse, I'm passionate about helping others. I achieved my certification at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy in Victoria, BC. My touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release Techniques with different types of pressure and provides a gentle and relaxing treatment if preferred. As a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity about the mind-body connection, learning about the nervous system and its direct correlation to our pain perception was very insightful.
