Lillian graduated with honors in March 2019 from International Academy of Massage in Ottawa. Lillian’s professional techniques include Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). Within a typical treatment she can combine these different techniques to help relieve tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse. Lillian is also certified in Ashiatsu Therapy.
