Description
Ilona is a compassionate massage therapist who is committed to supporting the unique needs of each of her clients. Between 2009-2013, she was a member of the Ottawa Stilt Union, a theatre company that creates accessible theatre integrating stilt walking and acrobatics in performance. It was during this time that she began to appreciate the benefits of massage therapy for recovery from injury and enhancing performance. Ilona brings a holistic approach to care that promotes awareness for clients to find greater ease and well being in their body.
